કોરોના વાયરસ: જાણીએ કે કોરોના વાયરસ કેટલા કેટલા સ્ટેજ છે અને અત્યારે ભારત ક્યાં સ્ટેજમાં છે

केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य और परिवार कल्याण मंत्रालय बार-बार जोर देकर कह रहा है कि अभी तक भारत कोरोनावायरस (COVID-19) महामारी की स्टेज 3 तक नहीं पहुंचा है और community transmission का कोई मामला सामने नहीं आया हैं। इसका क्या मतलब है? खैर, इस महामारी के फैलने की चार स्टेज हैं। चीन, इटली और यूके जैसे देश पहले ही महामारी की तीसरी स्टेज में पहुंच चुके हैं, जबकि भारत की योजनाएं अभी तक महामारी को उस स्टेज में पहुंचने में नाकाम करने में सफल रही है। हालांकि, यह समझना महत्वपूर्ण है कि इस महामारी की चार स्टेजेज कौनसी हैं?

कोरोनावायरस (कोविड-19) की 4 स्टेजेज एक IE रिपोर्ट के अनुसार इस महामारी की सभी चार स्टेजेज इस प्रकार है-

 स्टेज 1 - इंपोर्ट ऑफ केसेज 

रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, इस महामारी की स्टेज 1 वो है जब संक्रमण के मामले दुसरे देशों में पहुंचते है जहां से संक्रमण शुरू नहीं हुआ था। इस मामले में, चीन के बाहर के सभी देशों ने कोरोनावायरस के मामलों की रिपोर्टिंग शुरू कर दी थी, जैसे ही उन्होंने अपने पहले मामले की सूचना दी, तब वे इस महामारी के फैलने की स्टेज 1 तक पहुँच गए। यदि संक्रमण केवल कुछ देशों में transmission के बाद कंट्रोल में हो जाता, तो यह महामारी नहीं बन पाता। लेकिन यह थोड़े समय में कंट्रोल नहीं हुआ और दुनिया भर में फैलता गया और अब इसने एक विकराल महामारी का रूप ले लिया। 

स्टेज 2 - लोकल ट्रांसमिशन 

कोरोनावायरस (कोविड-19) महामारी के प्रकोप की दूसरी स्टेज वह होती है जब किसी देश में स्थानीय प्रसारण (local transmission) के मामले सामने आते हैं। इसका मतलब यह है कि जब उस देश में एक व्यक्ति से संक्रमण दूसरे व्यक्ति में फैलता है। इस स्टेज में, वायरस के पहले संक्रमित व्यक्ति से सभी संक्रमित व्यक्तियों में पहचाना जा सकता है। 

स्टेज 3 - कम्यूनिटी ट्रांसमिशन 

सामुदायिक संचरण (community transmission) इस महामारी के प्रकोप की तीसरी स्टेज है। रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, इस स्टेज में बड़ी संख्या में मामलों में वायरस के ट्रांसमिशन की सिरीज़ शुरू हो जाती है जिसे ट्रैक करना काफी मुश्किल हो जाता है। इसका मतलब है कि वायरस समुदाय के भीतर फैलना शुरू कर देता है और उन व्यक्तियों को भी संक्रमित कर सकता है जिन्होंने न तो प्रकोप से प्रभावित देश की यात्रा की थी और न ही वायरस से संक्रमित किसी व्यक्ति के संपर्क में कभी आए थे। इस मामले में, एक लॉकडाउन अत्यधिक महत्वपूर्ण हो जाता है क्योंकि कोई भी व्यक्ति वायरस का प्रसार कर सकता है, चाहे उनकी यात्रा के इतिहास या वे लोग जिनके साथ वे संपर्क में आए हों। 

स्टेज 4 - एंडेमिक

 कोरोनावायरस (कोविड-19) महामारी के प्रकोप की चौथी स्टेज तब होती है जब कोई संक्रमण कुछ देशों में स्थानिक (endamic) हो जाता है और भारत में मलेरिया और डेंगू की तरह वर्ष भर घूमता रहता है। IE रिपोर्ट में कहा गया है कि यह भारत सरकार ने वायरस से निपटने की अपनी योजना में इस स्टेज को भी लिया है। किसी भी महामारी के प्रकोप की ये स्टेजेज समन्वय और समझ को सरल बनाने के लिए दुनिया भर में एक समान रहती हैं, ताकि देशों को इनके अनुसार तैयार किया जा सके। इस तरह के classification से दूसरे देशों के लिए उन उपायों को लागू करना आसान हो जाता है, जो उन्हें लगता है कि वे लाभान्वित होंगे, जैसे कि भारत द्वारा चीन पर यात्रा प्रतिबंध लगाने से भारत को लाभ मिला और मामले ज्यादा नहीं बढ़े। ऐसा इसलिए था, क्योंकि रिपोर्ट में कहा गया है, उस समय अन्य देशों में कोरोनावायरस के सभी मामले चीन से फैल रहे थे। जब दूसरे देशों से भी मामलों के उदाहरण सामने आने लगे, तो भारत ने ऐसे सभी देशों पर यात्रा प्रतिबंध लगाने का सक्रिय कदम उठाया और इसने सार्वभौमिक स्क्रीनिंग भी शुरू की। 

अब, जैसा कि वायरस कम से कम 177 देशों में फैल गया है, भारत ने आने वाली सभी अंतरराष्ट्रीय यात्री उड़ानों पर प्रतिबंध लगा दिया है, जो देश को बाकी दुनिया से बंद कर रहा है।  

जबकि भारत में सामुदायिक प्रसारण (community transmission) का कोई मामला नहीं हैं, स्थानीय संचरण (local transmission) में भी भारी कमी है। 

भारत में अब तक के ताजा आंकड़ों के अनुसार 1292 सकारात्मक केस दर्ज हुए हैं और 32 लोगों की जान जा चुकी है। वहीं अगर बात की जाए दुनिया भर की तो 7,89,240 संक्रमित मरीज है और 38,092 लोग अपनी जान गंवा चुके हैं।

🔂૧૯૫૧માં મુંબઈ યુનિવર્સિટીમાંથી ગુજરાતી વિષય સાથે બી.એ. અને ૧૯૬૧માં એમ.એ. નો અભ્યાસ તેમણે કર્યો હતો.

*📙📗📚તેઓ મુખ્યત્વે, ગીતકાર અને ગઝલકાર છે. પ્રણય-મસ્તી અને વેદના, ખુમારીનાં સંવેદનોથી રસાયેલી એમની ગઝલો છંદ-લય અને ભાવભાષાની સંવાદિતાથી સફાઈદાર છે.*
📌📚‘આસવ’ (૧૯૬૧) અને ‘સમય’ (૧૯૭૨) એમના ગઝલસંચયો છે. એમનું ઉત્તમ કવિત્વ રાધા અને કૃષ્ણ વિષયક ગીતોમાં તથા પ્રેમવિરહના ભાવસંવેદનને અભિવ્યક્ત કરતાં અન્ય ગીતોમાં રહેલું છે. ‘ફૂલ કહે ભમરાને ભમરો વાત વહે ગુંજનમાં/ માધવ ક્યાંય નથી મધુવનમાં’ કે ‘પાન લીલું જોયું ને તમે યાદ આવ્યાં....’ જેવાં ગીતો લોકપ્રિય એટલાં જ કાવ્યત્વપૂર્ણ છે. એમનાં ગીતોમાં લયહલક અને ભાવમાધુર્ય છે. 📙📚‘મૌન’ (૧૯૬૬)માં બહુધા ઉત્તમ ગીતો સંચિત છે. સુરેશ દલાલે ‘હયાતી’ (૧૯૭૭) નામે કરેલા સંપાદનમાં બીજી નોંધપાત્ર રચનાઓ ગ્રંથસ્થ થઈ છે. એમણે છાંદસ કાવ્યો પણ લખ્યાં છે. ‘અર્પણ’ (૧૯૭૨)માં એમની મુક્તક કવિતા ગ્રંથસ્થ થયેલી છે. અછાંદસ અને લયબદ્ધ કવિતા પણ એમણે રચી છે. સાંપ્રત જીવનની એકલતા કે વ્યથાને અને વિષાદ કે વિરૂપતાને વાચા આપતી એમની દીર્ઘ રચનાઓ 📚‘સૂર્યોપનિષદ’ (૧૯૭૫)માં સંગૃહીત છે. એમણે પ્રયોગશીલતા કે આધુનિકતાની પરવા વિના પોતાના મનમાં આવ્યું તેને પોતાની કળાની ભૂમિકાએ અભિવ્યક્તિ આપી છે. અન્યોના સહયોગમાં ‘નજરું લાગી’ જેવાં અને કવિતનાં અન્ય સંપાદનો પણ એમણે કર્યાં છે.

*📒📕📕📚એમની પહેલી નવલકથા ‘અગનપંખી’ (૧૯૬૨) છે.*  પણ *📌📍📍📍📍📍📍એમને આધુનિક નવલકથાકારોની પંગતમાં બેસાડનાર પ્રયોગશીલ અને વિશિષ્ટ નવલકથા 📚‘પળનાં પ્રતિબિંબ’ (૧૯૬૬)📌📍 છે.*  વિદ્વદભોગ્ય આ કૃતિમાં પ્રણય અને તજજન્ય વેદનાનાં વ્યંજનાપૂર્ણ ચિત્રણો છે અને એમાં એકાધિક પાત્રયુગ્મોને મૂકીને લેખકે સંરચનાનો વિશિષ્ટ પ્રયોગ સિદ્ધ કર્યો છે. *📌📍📍૧૯૬૮માં પ્રગટ થયેલી ‘અનાગત’ નલકથાનું કાઠું લઘુનવલનું છે. પ્રણય ને વેદનાસભર એકલતાને જીવતાં-જીરવતાં બે પાત્રોની આ કથામાં અન્ય પાત્રોની જીવનચેતના પણ સરસ નિરૂપણ પામી છે. કૃતિનાં રચનાવિધાન અને ભાષા કવિ હરીન્દ્રનો નોખો પરિચય કરાવી રહે છે. 📌📍એમની અત્યંત સફળ કૃતિ ‘માધવ ક્યાંય નથી’ (૧૯૭૦) છે. અહીં નારદની કૃષ્ણશોધ વર્ણવાઈ છે, જે હકીકતમાં આપણા યુગના પ્રત્યેક માનવીની કૃષ્ણશોધ બની રહે છે. પુરાકલ્પનો આવો સરળ રીતે થયેલો છતાં ધ્વનિમય ઉપયોગ ધ્યાન ખેંચે છે.*

*📎📌📕📍એમની નવલકથાઓમાં મહદંશે વર્તમાન યુગનાં સ્ત્રી-પુરુષોની સંવેદનજન્ય સમસ્યાઓ આકારિત થઈ છે. એમની કેટલીક નવલોમાં વર્તમાન જીવનની સમસ્યાઓ પણ પછીથી વર્ણવાઈ છે.🖌📏📌 આ પ્રકારની કૃતિઓ ‘સુખ નામનો પ્રદેશ’ (૧૯૭૬) થી પ્રારંભાઈ છે. ‘સંગ-અસંગ’ (૧૯૭૯)માં સાધુસંતોના આંતરજીવનના પ્રશ્નોનાં ચારુ આલેખનો મળે છે; ‘લોહીનો રંગ લાલ’ (૧૯૮૧) સમસ્યાને કથીને અટકી જાય છે; ‘ગાંધીની કાવડ’ (૧૯૮૪)માં સાંપ્રત રાજકારણ ઉપર કટાક્ષ છે. આમ, એમની કૃતિઓમાં વિષય અને નિરૂપણનું વૈવિધ્ય છે. એ કશા ચોકઠામાં બદ્ધ રહેનારા લેખકોમાંના નથી. જીવનની વાસ્તવિકતાને નવલકથામાં કળાત્મક અભિવ્યક્તિ આપવામાં એમને ઠીકઠીક સફળતા મળી છે.*

📌📌‘યુગે યુગે’ (૧૯૬૯) એમનું દીર્ઘ નાટક છે. ‘કવિ અને કવિતા’ (૧૯૭૧) કવિતાના આસ્વાદનું પુસ્તક છે. ‘ગાલિબ’ (૧૯૬૯), ‘દયારામ’ (૧૯૬૫), ‘મુશાયરાની કથા’ (૧૯૫૯), ‘સ્વામી નારાયણ સંપ્રદાય’ (૧૯૭૦) જેવી પુસ્તિકાઓ પરિચયાત્મક છે. ‘ઉમાશંકર જોશી’ (૧૯૮૬) ગુજરાતી ગ્રંથકાર શ્રેણીનું એમનું પુસ્તક છે.

📚📖‘કૃષ્ણ અને માનવ સંબંધો’ (૧૯૮૨)માં એમણે કૃષ્ણસંબંધે માનવીય ચિંતન પેશ કર્યું છે. અહીં એમની દ્રષ્ટિમાં દર્શન અને વિચારોમાં વિસ્તૃત સમજણ દેખાય છે. ‘નીરવ-સંવાદ’ (૧૯૮૦)માં એમના ચિંતનલેખો છે. ‘વેરાતું સ્વપ્ન ઘુંટાતુ સત્ય’ (૧૯૮૧)માં વર્તમાનપત્રી લેખોનો સંચય છે. ‘શબ્દ ભીતર સુધી’ (૧૯૮૭) નિબંધસંગ્રહ છે. ‘મધુવન’ (૧૯૬૨) એમનું ગઝલ-સંપાદન છે.

📚📚📚‘પિંજરનું પંખી’, ‘ધરતીનાં છોરું’, ‘ચરણ રુકે ત્યાં’, ‘વાદળ વરસ્યાં નહિ’- આ ચાર અનુવાદો અંગ્રેજીમાંથી ગુજરાતીમાં ઉતારેલી નવલકથાઓ રૂપે છે. અંગ્રેજીમાંથી એમણે કાવ્યાનુવાદો પણ કર્યા છે.

*📚📚📚'માધવ ક્યાંય નથી' (૧૯૭૦):* હરીન્દ્ર દવેની નવલકથા. અહીં દેહધારણથી દેહવિલય સુધીના કૃષ્ણ જીવન અને એમનાં કાર્યોનું આલેખન નારદની ભાવનાપ્રધાન દ્રષ્ટિથી થયું છે. કૃષ્ણના આંશિક રૂપ સમા નારદ પોતાની સમગ્રતારૂપી કૃષ્ણને પામવાનો પ્રયત્ન કરે છે તેમાં વર્તમાન જીવનમાં ખંડિત વ્યક્તિત્વ વડે અખંડ વ્યક્તિત્વને પામવાની જીવતા માણસની અભીપ્સા જોઈ શકાય. કૃષ્ણના જન્મની એંધાણી મળતાં જ તેમને મળવા નીકળતા નારદ દર વખતની જેમ થોડા મોડા પડે છે; અને અંતે કૃષ્ણે જીવનલીલા સંકેલી દીધી એ પછી જ તેમનાં દર્શન પામે છે. કૃષ્ણકથાના ચમત્કારોનું નિવારણ લેખકે કેટલાક ચમત્કારોને કથામાંથી ગાળી નાખીને, કેટલાકને બુદ્ધિગ્રાહ્ય ઘટનારૂપે નિરૂપીને, તો કેટલાકને ભાવનાશીલ પાત્રોની દ્રષ્ટિથી નિરૂપીને કર્યું છે. કૃતિની ભાષામાં કાવ્યાત્મકતાનો સ્પર્શ વર્તાય છે.
